Mission
Health Outreach Prevention Education, Inc. (HOPE) provides health services for Hepatitis C, HIV, and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in our Tulsa clinic open to all and through outreach across Oklahoma focused on the most at-risk.

How We Deliver
At HOPE, we meet clients where they are by extending our mission beyond our Tulsa clinic, providing crucial testing and treatment. Our outreach van travels to rural areas to offer mobile testing, while three vending machines in Tulsa and Stillwater dispense harm-reduction supplies around the clock. Partnerships with community events like Tulsa’s Pride, bars, restaurants and other nonprofits allow us to further enhance education and access to supplies and medical services.
